SCUB is an independent Brazilian NGO. The project is a legacy from the Street Child World Cup 2014, inspired by IBISS and Favela Street. The field was constructed by SCUB with the generous support of GM Chevrolet. There are four local coaches who are supported by SCUB and one Comms Trainee. The program is possible through the work of volunteers, including Adam Reid, who as CEO oversees all activities. SCUB has a local advisory board who serve on a voluntary basis.
SCUB is funded primarily by overseas donations, including the support of The Sports Creative, Street Child United, the Favela Foundation and independent donors.
SCUB was introduced to many young female leaders in the community by the excellent work of Favela Street, and SCUB was introduced to the community of Caracol by IBISS.
